Payroll Service

Our payroll service offers the latest in flexibility and security. We offer direct deposit and optional automatic disbursements to our 401(k) plans or yours.

Retirement

We offer an optional 401(k) retirement program to all of our employees. Within the plan, individual members can manage their own investment options choosing from a wide variety of mutual funds and individual stocks. Plan members can elect to have their investments managed by the plan administrator, a certified financial planner.

Medical/Dental/Vision

We offer full coverage group medical insurance with Blue Cross, Kaiser or HealthNet. Each full time employee is entitled to full coverage and we cover all the premiums.

Kaiser members are required to use the dental plan that comes with the Kaiser plan they choose. Employees that choose either HealthNet or Blue Cross can select from 3 different Delta Dental plans. This is also provided at no cost to the employee.

There are 2 vision plans offered or sponsored by Delta Dental, either one can be selected by the Delta Dental Plan member.

Other Benefits

Most of our medical insurance plans offer discounted life insurance and discounts on other types of insurance as well. We also offer group disability and group long-term care insurance to all of our employees. Most of these additional services require contributions from the employee.

HR Department

The 'New-Hire' process is fast and easy, beginning with an initial screening by our Human Resource department. We have a streamlined methodology too.

Focus

We want our employees to be able to perform at their best. In order to do that, they must be supported. The last thing our employees need to worry about is medical insurance administration or payroll problems.
