We want our customers to be happy and realize a real transfer of value in conducting business with us. If we made a mistake in service delivery, pricing, billing or workmanship, Throughput Management, Inc. will make it 'right' with you, our customer.

Discounts, Financial Aid and Payment Plans

Active US military personnel receive significant discounts on all of our products and services. In some cases our workshops are 100% free for qualified active US military, veterans of foreign wars and retired US military.

Do you need to set up a payment plan or would like to look into financial aid? Please call our office to discuss your situation and we can arrange comfortable payment plans for you, subject to credit approval.

Workshops and Seminars

Plain and simple - if you attend one of our workshops and leave before the first hour, we will refund 100% of the fees you paid us for the workshop.

For cancellations at least 48 hours prior to the workshop starting - we will refund 100% of the fees paid within 10 business days of the workshop completion.

For no-call/no-show we will automatically refund 50% of the fees paid within 10 business days of the workshop completion.

Merchandise

Damaged books, tapes and DVDs returned to our office with prior return authorization will be replaced and we will pay the shipping!

There are no refunds on opened books, audio tapes and DVDs. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will work with you towards an exchange or credit for future workshops or other media products.

Property Assessments and Other Consulting Services

All of our Property Condition Assessments, 'Green Projects' and other consulting services are negotiated on a case by case basis and each comes with warranty information in the project agreements.
